Paul Sugar is the founder and director of the Scottsdale Institute for Health and Medicine for Mindfulness. Paul Sugar has studied with Jon Kabat Zinn, creator of the mindfulness stress reduction program (MBSR). Paul has mentored people all over the world for over 25 years and has taught over 100 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction programs, as well as mindfulness based cognition therapy. Paul also practices and teaches yoga, tai chi, and meditation for over 45 years.
